PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project consisted in the requalification of a demolished industrial area of 70.000 square meters. DMA Progetti was responsible for the static, thermal and acoustic engineering of all the facade systems. In detail: the Arena characterized with a dynamic façade composed of thousands of aluminium tiles; the Stecca Ovest composed of prestigious residences; the Hotel with steel planters; the Stecca Nord with a SPA and astonishing architectural shapes.
